The types of information we collect
Personal information: As of this date, the only personal information we collect on our Site is through the Contact Us page. If you contact TACA via that page we may contact you using the information provided by you. You are always free to contact us with a question or problem related to your use of the Site. Our standard business practice is to retain any communications from our Site visitors to help us to serve each of you better. TACA does not release any personal information obtained in this matter except as noted below.
Non-personal information:Like most website operators, TACA collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. TACA’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how TACA’s visitors use its website.
Third-party information provided to us
Marketing Data: We may purchase marketing data from third parties and add it to our existing user database to better target our advertising and to provide pertinent offers in which we think you would be interested. We may also associate this marketing data to the personally identifiable information that you provide to us.
When and with Whom We May Share Your Information
Legally affiliated entities: In the event that TACA is merged, or in the event of a transfer of our assets, Site or operations, TACA may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with such transaction. In the event of such a transfer, TACA will notify you via email or by posting a prominent notice on our Site for 30 days of any such change in ownership of TACA resulting in a change of control of your personal information.
